Restrictions, Abuse & Bans on Solpump.com

If your account got restricted and you can not claim rewards, this means:

You have Multiple Accounts
You abuse our rewards through these multiple accounts

When this happens, it means that you violated our ToS and that it has been confirmed by our internal team.

If you haven't created multiple accounts but you farmed airdrops this means that your restriction is not permanent and if you show normal activity without farming for certain amount of time, then the restriction will be lifted.

Please do not try to talk otherwise to our support agents if you have multiple accounts. We have the tools to see that, so there is no point of doing it and the restriction usually to a situation like this, is permanent.
